DELIVERY

Mainland France: express home delivery next day if the order is placed before 1 pm: €6.90, free from €200 of purchases.

Mainland France: pick-up point delivery within 2 to 4 working days: €5, free from €200 of purchases.

Europe: home delivery within 2 to 3 working days: €15, free from €200 of purchases.

Europe: pick-up point delivery within 2 to 3 working days: €10, free from €200 of purchases where this service is available.

International outside Europe: home delivery within 2 to 5 days: price determined at checkout, subject to the destinations served.

RETURNS

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

Your return is arranged directly from your customer account, where your return label will be made available.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with their original tags.

Mainland France: one prepaid return is free per order.

Europe outside France: a contribution of €10 towards return costs is deducted from the refund.

International outside Europe: return costs are payable by the customer.

Subject to availability, you may request a refund, a credit note or an exchange.

Refunds are issued after the returned items have been received and checked.
